Jennifer AmorFounder & National Director
Dance Instructor & Choreographer
Jennifer Amor brings with her over 36 years of dancing experience, 20 of those being professional years including credits such as; Disney World (dancer in character & parades), American Gladiators (principal dancer), Wild Bill’s Dinner Show and more. Choreography credits include Carolina Nights Dinner Theater in Maggie Valley, N.C., Joshua Generation Projects such as “No Monster’s” & “Satan Bite the Dust” & musicals such as “The Shopping Cart” & “Franklin, The Musical”. Jennifer & her family traveled for 7 years on the Dance Revolution Convention Circuit where she served as both staff & dance faculty. She has trained under Dance Masters of America Teachers Training School at Kent State University and previously owned and operated two dance studios & a performing arts school which has turned into the current Joshua Generation Musical Theater Company which is still in operation in both Brandon, Florida & Franklin, Tennessee.
Lisa WestcottFlorida Director
Vocal Coach & Acting Instructor
The Joshua Generation is honored and blessed to have Lisa Westcott as our Florida Director, Vocal Coach and Acting Instructor. Lisa was a student of The Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. While at Hartt School of Music, she portrayed principal & supporting characters in many musicals. Along with being the Artistic and Musical Director for the Hartford Children's Theatre in CT, Lisa has also taught music education in the public school system, private instruction in piano & voice, and has been involved in drama & worship at both South Bay Community Church and The Crossing Church. Lisa currently resides with her husband and 3 children in the Brandon area and has a passion to see this new generation serve Jesus Christ and use their gifts and talents to glorify God.
Samantha Amor
Administrator, Florida & Tennessee Dance Instructor
Born & raised in dance studios her whole life, Samantha Amor received not only dance training in most styles of dance, but dance teacher & administrative training in running a school. One of the original 4 kids who launched the Joshua Generation in 2005, Samantha trained in dance & acting & worked with the group through her Senior Year in 2010. She began teaching at the age of 14 at the Joshua Center for the Arts in Brandon, Florida and continues to this day with the Joshua Generation Musical Theater which branched off the school when it closed. This past year Samantha traveled weekly to Florida from TN to be the JG’s primary dance instructor & choreographer & continues her work with them this year administratively. Samantha also traveled for 7 years with her family on the Dance Revolution Dance Convention Circuit where her parents served as staff & Dance Faculty which gave Samantha amazing opportunities to serve, assist & learn from some amazing instructors. With 17 years of dance experience and 7 years of teaching experience, Samantha brings a youthful edge and unique quality to each piece she creates and directs. Training her students with sincerity and passion, Samantha instructs her students to pursue excellence on and off the stage. She is gracefully cultivating a new generation of artists who are talented, passionate and purposeful.

Mariah Amor
Hip Hop Choreographer & Instructor
Also born & raised in dance studios her whole life, Mariah Amor is no stranger to a life of the arts. One of the original 4 kids who launched the Joshua Generation in 2005, Mariah trained in dance, acting & voice working with the group through to the present. She is currently one of the 2 Joshua Generation 2012 Seniors. Mariah has countless performances with the JG's to add to her credit such as the Tye Tribbet Easter Performance, The Shopping Cart & "Franklin" The Musical to name a few. Mariah's been teaching and choreographing Hip Hop for the Joshua Generation Musical Theater Company & other schools since 2008. Mariah traveled for 7 years with her family on the Dance Revolution Dance Convention Circuit where her parents served as staff & Dance Faculty which gave her amazing opportunities to serve, assist & learn from some amazing instructors such as Michelle Brogan (Dance Revolution & Ingredients Dance Company), Natalie & Jeff Lewis (Arrows International), Laura Morton (Belhaven College), Jenna Vance (Ad Deum Dance Company), Aaron Chen (Belhaven College), Amy Osgood (Rockettes), Cheryl Cutlip (Rockettes & Project Dance), Joe Simpson, Derek & Cami Capps, Krista Johnson (Ingredients Dance Company) & Karen Celeste. Mariah also had the opportunity to play a role in DR's original production "Marked". A member of Team NCM for 2 years, Mariah was mentored by recording artist Nicole C. Mullen & toured for 2 years with Nicole & the Team doing venues such as Women of Faith. Besides Hip Hop, Mariah also has a passion & gift for photography & film. "Franklin" the musical photo shoot, most of the media segments of the musical "The Shopping Cart" & a video promo of Col. Mark Tillman of Air Force One are just a few of the projects Mariah has directed, filmed & edited.
Heather (Barrick) PriceFlorida Dance Instructor
Heather brings to The Joshua Generation over 20 years of professional dance, choreography and teaching experience. Heather received her training at Jackie's Dance Studio here in Tampa, FL and went on to dance professionally in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Japan, Guam, Korea and China. As a singer and dancer, Heather spent the last 9 years performing for audiences at Busch Gardens. She currently teaches dance at Jackie's Dance Studio and Frank Rey Dance Studio. We have been blessed to have Heather as the Florida Joshua Generation primary dance instructor for 2 years & then as a special guest teacher this past year. Heather will be coming back this year as our primary dance instructor.
