INTERVIEWS & AUDITION
PROCESS
for both new & returning JG's
1. Fill out application for each student & submit the non-refundable application fee online. Application
2. New Applicants - Please have 3 people fill out a reference form for the applicant. They can do so online by signing onto the home page of this website and and finding the link for the Reference Form.
2. After reviewing your application(s), our regional director will contact you by phone or email to schedule an interview with both the applicant and their parent(s). If you are applying for band, an audition will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 5-6pm.
3. After the interview (& audition for band), if we feel that you are a good fit for our program, the JG Administrator will send you a JG Welcome & Acceptance letter by email as well as the newest JG Handbook of policies. We ask that both parents or guardians, as well as applicant(s), please read the handbook in its entirety.
4. If you agree to abide by our handbook, please send the JG administrator an email letting us know that you are in agreement @ jgadmn@aol.com.
5. Once we have received your email of your confirmation, you or your child(ren) will be considered one of the newest JG Disciples for the 2011 Fall/Winter Season. We will expect you on the first day of classes with the attire & items that are needed for class. Each JG Disciple will be given a hard copy of the JG Handbook.
